Mobile Power Store is a business in the solar power industry that markets to South Africa only.

Delivery policy
All products shown are ex-stock Cape Town and on receipt of payment will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery confirmed by way of Dawn Wing’s courier tracking #. The Mobile Power Store offers free shipping on all our products via Dawn Wing if the delivery address is in South Africa.

Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Mobile Power Store is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mobile Power Store
will refund the client in full within 5 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at power@mobilepowerstore.co.za. In the case of any damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange the return the product to the following address: Mobile Power Store, Building 3, Laros Park, Capricorn Business & Technology Park, Cape Town, South Africa for replacement.

In the case of non-delivery, please either contact the Mobile Power Store by email at power@mobilepowerstore.co.za, phone 082-448-2779 or or track via  Dawn Wing online parcel tracking.

Customer privacy policy
Mobile Power Store shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of
this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Mobile Power Store bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mobile Power Store via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayGate is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to
www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Mobile Power Store separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Mobile Power Store takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Mobile Power Store chooses as its ‘domicilium citandi et executandi’ for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
Mobile Power Store may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
